MY STORY
It's a way of life
Fitness has been a huge part of my life from a young age.
I have trained and competed at a high standard in a variety of sports including Running, Swimming and Rugby.
At The University Of Birmingham I studied Sports & Materials Science and competed in the University's Rugby League First Team.
Aged 20 I Joined the Royal Marines and have served over 10 years including active service. The later stage of my career I worked as a Physical Training Instructor, helping to develop recruits ready for the demands of the Marines.
Through out my time in the Marines I have always been very focused on my fitness and was crowned the Fittest Man in The Marines in 2017.
I know want to share my Passion, Knowledge and Experience to help you achieve your training goals.

BOOTCAMPS
These hour long sessions provide fun but challenging interval training. Using a variety of movements and techniques which are achievable to all, with progressions and regressions to suit all abilities.
GROUP PERSONALISED TRAINING
(1 hour sessions)
Are you not able to pay the price of one-to-one personal training but want more individual, tailored attention than a exercise class or bootcamp offers? If so, Group Training is a great choice for you!
Group training offers personalised workouts in a small group of 4 maximum.
Affordable 1 hours sessions, designed to your specific individual ability, with the added benefit of motivation from your peers and instructor.
ONE-TO-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING
(1 hour sessions)
As a Personal Trainer i will help you to set realistic goals, determine safe strategies, and provide you with the encouragement you need to achieve maximum results.
An initial consultation will be carried out to discuss your health and fitness goals, as well as finding out your current fitness ability. You will be provided with a tailor made, safe and effective training program and nutritional advice.
